If my words sting the soul of thee
I hope to go deaf
If my thought tear down thine hope
Then my thoughts are surely wrong
If I try to fight thee
Be my dragon
Be my demise
If I try to reach over thee
Be a hard obstacle
Be the unbeatable kind
Be the water to my house of mud
Be the kindness to my cruelty
Be the death of my life
Of course, if it wills you
Does thine head of hair always bounce
I do not know for ye skipping is a constant
In truth, In heart
Ye lips has long carried heavily joy
Ye face clad with cheerful gloom
I know thine name, Sunshine
I know thine love, ever true
I know thee, and every day is fine
Thine hair, please say, does it bounce eternally
Thine voice, always in gleeful cheer
For behind them is pain
Behind them is projection
Dual citizenship (see http://www.nytimes.com/2003/03/20/us/us-mexicans-gain-dual-citizenship.html http://komonews.com/news/local/some-canadian-mothers-forced-to-give-birth-in-us ) is possible through birth in certain foreign nations, or on American soil by foreign parents from certain nations (and then moving to the U.S. and becoming a citizen), but those holding dual citizenship are very much legal U.S. citizens. Thus the president’s travel ban ( (see here https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1187#a_12 ) is illegal through the 15th 24th and 26th Amendments of the Constitution (see here http://constitution.findlaw.com/amendments.html ).
Furthermore what the president does here is illogical. His reasoning is that the nations of Syria, Iraq, Somalia and Iran produce the vast amount of terrorists, yet the facts seem to support the contrary. I have compiled a list of many major recent (from now to 2015) terrorist attacks, that were not committed by those of these nations.
Fort Lauderdale Airport Shooting (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017_Fort_Lauderdale_airport_shooting )
New Jersey Bombings (see here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tamerlan_Tsarnaev https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dzhokhar_Tsarnaev )
Orlando Nightclub Shooting (see here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_Orlando_nightclub_shooting and here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Omar_Mateen )
San Bernardino Attack (see here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2015_San_Bernardino_attack )
Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood Shooting (see here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colorado_Springs_Planned_Parenthood_shooting )
University of California Merced Stabbing Attack (see here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_California,_Merced_stabbing_attack )
The Chattanooga Shootings (see here http://www.cnn.com/2015/07/20/us/tennessee-naval-reserve-shooting/ )
Charleston Church Shooting (see here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charleston_church_shooting )
Though some of these had connections, it was only through the internet, mail or such, not one of the perpetrators of these attacks had visited one of the banned nations. My point is it is illogical to condemn people of certain nations that are not responsible for the vast majority of terrorist attacks, but regardless it is illegal to condemn U.S. citizens without a criminal charge.
The Statue of Liberty reads
“Give me your tired, your poor, your
huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched of
your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my
lamp beside the golden door!” [see here https://www.reference.com/art-literature/written-bottom-statue-liberty-289345c7c12bcc74 ]
Yet the current president seems to think “and I’ll return to sender” to the qoute.
The Liberty Bell reads
“Proclaim LIBERTY Throughout all the Land unto all the Inhabintants Thereof Lev XXV. vX.
By Order of the ASSEMBLY of the Province of PENSLYVANIA for the State House in Philad
Pass and Stow
Yet the president “Maybe Philadelphia, but the nation will proclaim liberty to all except those with dual citizenship, they will just have to hope and pray for it.” [see here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberty_Bell %5D
Over all, this [ http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2017/01/30/512438879/7-targeted-countries-react-to-trumps-ban-on-immigration ] executive action, is made hypocrisy by the monuments of this nation.
All I can say is I hope either the president repeals the ban or the Supreme Court rules it unconstitutional.
